1. Service

Brandsium is an internal tool used to evaluate candidate brand names: it checks domain name and social media username availability, measures similarity to the existing brand portfolio and, with the AI agent Brando, researches whether the name is already used on the web, estimates how likely a similar registration at TÜRKPATENT/EUIPO is, and assesses its meaning and connotations in the target languages. The service is free; there are no purchases in the tool. The service is operated by SMARTIA OOD (СМАРТИЯ ООД) · Burgas, Bulgaria (EU).

2. Access and use

  • Sign-in is with SocialID; only allowed accounts can use the tool. Access can be withdrawn.
  • You must not let anyone else use your account.
  • Using the tool to send excessive or automated requests to the third-party services it connects to (domain name and social media lookups) is prohibited.
  • Anyone under 16 may not use Brandsium (our own minimum age of use is 16; GDPR Art. 8: the EU-level default age of digital consent is 16, lower in Bulgaria — this service is not offered to anyone under 16).

3. Nature of the results

Domain name and username availability is based on the state at the time of the lookup and may change afterwards. The similarity score and Brando's AI-generated web-usage summary, trademark-risk estimate and language assessment are only guidance; they are not a legal opinion on whether a name can be registered as a trademark or whether it infringes someone else's rights. Before using a name, you should do your own trademark search.

4. Third-party services

The services used for lookups (Google Public DNS, Instagram, X, TikTok, Anthropic) and the data sent to them are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted if the tool is misused.

6. Changes and governing law

If the terms change, the date at the top changes. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operating legal entity is established. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.
